Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir. The fruit was entirely de-stemmed before fermentation in order to emphasize the fruit-aspect of the wine. Aged for 12 months in French oak, 30% of which was new.
Taste: Dark & elegant in the glass with vibrant aromas of cherries, raspberries, and smoky vanilla. It’s full-bodied with powdery tannins. Plush and ripe core of dark berries and spice on the finish.
