Description
Varietal: 100% Grenache. Native ferment 57% whole cluster. 10 month èlevage in French barrique and 500L puncheon.
Taste: Ruby red in color, with crushed berry and cedar on the nose, almost Pinot-esque. Light on its feet, medium-bodied with rainier cherry, blood orange, dried mint and baking spices, backed by refined tannin. The finish demonstrates some length & structure.
