Description
Varietal: A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, and other local varieties, hand-harvested and fermented in oak vats with natural yeasts. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months before bottling.
Taste: Deep ruby in color, with aromas of black fruits, balsamic, and spices. On the palate, it's full-bodied and complex, with flavors of ripe blackberry, black cherry, and hints of vanilla. The tannins are silky and well-structured, with a long and persistent finish.
