Description
Varietal: This white Bordeaux blend is made from 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon grown in the Château de Chevalier vineyards. The wine is fermented in oak barrels and aged on its lees for 12 months.
Taste: This wine has a pale gold color and aromas of white peach, citrus, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex with flavors of stone fruit, honey, and a hint of toasted nuts. It has a creamy texture, a vibrant acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
