Description
Varietal: A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle before release.
Taste: Deep ruby in color. Aromas of ripe black fruit, floral notes, and hints of spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with firm tannins and balanced acidity. Flavors of blackberry, cassis, and plum with a touch of vanilla and oak. The finish is long and persistent.
