Workshop Overview
Wine evolves with time — but knowing what to age and how to store it can feel mysterious.
In this workshop, we’ll explore why certain wines improve with age, how long different styles realistically evolve, and how to store wine successfully at home — even without a traditional cellar. We’ll also discuss how to buy wine with a timeline in mind and how to begin building a small, meaningful collection of your own.
This session turns wine collecting from a mystery into a practical, approachable skill.
