The Moncuit family has a long history of farming some of the best vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. Les Grands Blancs is is a rich, vinous Champagne that shows the more extroverted side of the chalky terroirs of Le Mesnil.

Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay. Around 80% of this release’s base vintage was raised in used oak while only 20% of reserve wine was. The dosage is 5 grams per liter.
Taste: Wafting from the glass with aromas of lemon confit, marzipan dried flowers, spice and chamomile. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, fleshy but nicely defined, with an open core that reflects its constituent vintages, a delicate mousse and a sapid, penetrating finish.
