Varietal: Made from 100% Riesling grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Erdener Treppchen vineyard, located on the banks of the Mosel River. The grapes are handpicked and fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, then aged in large oak barrels for several months. The result is a dry, complex Riesling with a unique terroir-driven character.

Taste: Boasts a pale straw color with green hues. On the nose, it offers aromas of lemon zest, lime, and mineral notes, with a touch of floral undertones. On the palate, it's crisp and refreshing, with a zesty acidity and a dry, mineral-driven finish. The flavors of citrus fruit, green apple, and wet stone are perfectly balanced, making it an excellent wine to enjoy on its own or paired with light seafood dishes.
