Compared to other Krasno whites, this skin-contact version is a richer & more complex wine with more structure. It has a different aromatic profile & more tannins. It can be aged from 5-10 years, and it is expected to soften & harmonize with time.

Description
Varietal: 40% Ribolla Gialla (Rebulla), 30% Malvasia, 30% Sauvignonasse sourced only from the winery’s organic growers. The Rebula sees 10 months skins contact in large oak foudres. The Malvasia and Sauvignonasse see one month skin contact and 8 months on lees in stainless steel. Before blending the Rebula is aged in large oak for 14 months, and the Malvasia and Sauvignonasse in stainless steel for 15 months.
Taste: Pinkish with golden reflections in the glass. Gentle aromas of ripe white fruit, spices, field flowers, cedar, almonds, and fresh bread crust. Dried fruit, spices, quince, tropical pineapple, avocado aftertaste dried grass- hay. Medium bodied.
