Description
Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from some 30+ year old vines that are believed to be the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines left in the Willamette Valley. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Taste: High-toned and heavily fruited aromatics along with the tinge of straw and minerals define the bouquet. Deeply fruited palate with citrus notes at the entry giving way to tropical fruit with extremely crisp acidity on the finish.
