Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay from the Wiesacker vineyard planted in 1961. Aged for 15-months in
132-gallon barrels. Certified biodynamic.
Tasting Notes: Light greenish yellow with silver reflections in the glass. The nose exhibits a fine
herbal background with white apple fruit, delicate nutty aromas, and fresh orange zest. Full-bodied,
lush and intense on the palate, with a firm tannin structure and vibrantly fresh acidity. This is a fullbodied, intense and persistent Chardonnay with a long and concentrated finish!
