Workshop Overview

Bordeaux is shaped by rivers, gravel, clay, and maritime influence.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how geography determines grape choice across the Left and Right Banks, how blending creates balance and longevity, and why Bordeaux remains the global benchmark for structured, age-worthy wines. Through guided tasting, you’ll discover how climate and terroir shape Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot — and how to recognize Bordeaux’s signature structure and style.

You’ll leave understanding not just what Bordeaux tastes like, but why.
