Description

Varietal: This 100% Grüner Veltliner is a Federspiel, which denotes a wine of medium body and moderate alcohol levels made from grapes grown in the Wachau region. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks using natural yeasts. The wine is aged on its lees for six months, resulting in a rich, textured mouthfeel.

Taste Profile: In the glass, the wine has a pale straw color with green highlights. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with hints of white pepper and mineral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, along with a subtle spice note.
