This is the Central Otago label from the Scott family (of Marlborough's Allan Scott wines). Made from certified sustainable vineyards and fermented with native yeast, this jovial white is a wonderful representation of Sauvignon Blanc.

Description
Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: With a bouquet that holds its oxygen well, after opening the nose soon reveals appealing aromas of honeysuckle, passion fruit, bell pepper and green herbal characteristics. There's a nice tingle of acidity on the chalky-textured mid-palate and, while the finish races on, there's depth of flavor and plenty of refreshment to be enjoyed from the first sip to the last.
